The four-week target starts when the agreed inputs, access and customer owners are ready. Integration and deployment dependencies are scoped up front, with explicit acceptance criteria.

WEEK 1 · DEFINE

Agree the outcome and its baseline.

Choose the workflow, plant and representative cases. Name the business owner and reviewers. Map the current effort, required data and integration scope. Define the target and how it will be measured.

Checkpoint: agreed scope, baseline and acceptance criteria.

WEEK 2 · CONFIGURE & INTEGRATE

Configure the workflow and connect the systems.

Set up factory data, rules, permissions and approval steps. Connect the agreed ERP, email, spreadsheet or business-tool inputs and actions. Run the first case from input to reviewable output.

Checkpoint: a traceable first run through the agreed workflow.

WEEK 3 · TUNE & VALIDATE

Validate the workflow on your cases.

Review cases with your experts, resolve gaps and tune scoped rules and rates. Check the route, reasoning and outputs. Confirm that an approved correction carries into a relevant new case.

Checkpoint: reviewed results, scoped learning and visible exceptions.

WEEK 4 · DEMONSTRATE

Measure the result and hand over the workflow.

Measure the result against the baseline, including human review and correction effort. Review acceptance criteria, confirm operating owners and support, and decide the next scope.

Checkpoint: a measured outcome and an agreed operating handoff.

WHAT YOU BRING

Real work. A clear owner.

  • A business priority and an owner who can accept the result.
  • Representative RFQs, parts or quote packs with accepted references.
  • Relevant factory data and access to the agreed systems.
  • Reviewers available to resolve questions and approve decisions.

WHAT YOU TAKE FORWARD

A workflow with evidence of value.

  • Configured company context and the agreed system connections.
  • Reviewed outputs, visible assumptions and approved corrections.
  • A baseline comparison of time, effort and accepted results.
  • Operating owners, a support path and a decision on the next scope.

MEASURE THE BUSINESS RESULT

Faster work that your team can accept.

For RFQs, track response time and expert hours per accepted quote pack. For costing, track accepted outputs, variance against a matched reference and review effort. Agree the target before configuration begins.
